1 lrg clove garlic dash of Worcestershire
1/2 lb Roquefort cheese 4Tblspns softened butter
2tsp dry mustard 1 steak

crush garlic with fork in small bowl, add cheese and butter, cream
together well. flavor with rest of ingredients. grill steak as usual,
spread on top after flipping.
i've used crushed garlic from the store and any blue cheese.....
great stuff, and hardly ANY calories.... ;)
